I have been a teacher for more than 14 years, in various places like Romania, United States and UK. I am an energetic person, always willing to share my knowledge of mathematics and statistics, and see how my students achieve their goals. I also worked for think tanks like Argonne National Labs or Wolfram Research, and I am a very good programmer in Matlab, Mathematica, Python and Maple. I had a PhD in Mathematics from United States, and I completed my training work as a PhD in Statistics at Durham university.

Hobbies
Besides my obvious passion for mathematics and teaching, I also love animals, and I read quite a bit of literature in animal behaviour. I never miss visiting a zoo or a natural history museum, if I have an opportunity. I love football, and I think I play it very well.
